Mid sleepers are like a bunk bed with no bottom bunk but the bed is lower down, the bed is at the top of the mid sleeper and at the bottom there can be nothing which is ideal for storage or there are often shelves and cupboards or other furniture.
The size of a mid sleeper can vary quite allot, some are quite short and therefore suitable for the more younger children and still have a good amount of space below for storage. There are then high sleepers that are better for older children and have allot of space below, the size that you buy depends on your child although if they are comfortable with the high sleepers then this is a better buy simply due to the extra space that it will create below.
Many mid sleepers have cool features that kids love such as a tent below so that they can make a den and play in the tent. Many also have a slide so that getting out of bed in the morning is much more fun and although they all have a ladder some have ladders that have a very interesting shape. Some mid sleepers even have a tent above the bed which kids love and some of the mid sleeper beds are like a child's dream come true when it comes to beds.
